Herby Birdies are such fun to make. the colour combinations are endless! Every single one is different, not just in the colours ( I usually make 3-5 in each palette), but their body and beak shape, head and tail position and eye placement are all different so no two birdies are the same! They are all filled with Lincolnshire garden lavender from the surrounding villages, hand cut by me and my husband (he dreads lavender time!)
They come in two sizes and each can be used for anything though the light/curtain pull birds are too big to hang off a car rear view mirror! They're a very funky fan or curtain cord, emergency alert cord or ideal as a mere decoration. They all come with over 100 cm of hanging twine and a pointed taped end for easy threading into existing fixtures!
